APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to enjoy all of our luxurious amenities. To ensure all clients receive their full service time, please prompt in your arrival. All services must end as scheduled.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
It is required that cancellations for all services are made with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If appointments are cancelled less than 48 hours, clients will be charged 50% of the service. Clients who do not provide any notice will be charged the full cost of the service. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve all appointments.
COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES
All clients are invited to enjoy our complimentary Cocktail & Wine Bar, Coffee & Tea service, as well as our fine selection of Gourmet Snacks. Private makeup parties are excluded from the use of these complimentary amenities.
