BRIDAL MAKEUP TRIAL
There are two main components to the bridal makeup service - a trial, and the wedding day makeup itself. The bridal makeup trial is used to try different looks to ensure that we find the look you've always dreamed of for your wedding day. The trial takes place at our Manhattan studio townhouse, and lasts up to 2 hours.
We suggest you schedule your trial on the day you have a special engagement to attend. Its the perfect opportunity to get feedback on your bridal look.
Note: If you request a Bridal Hair Trial, that is an additional 2 hours - used for the sole purpose of trying different looks as well for your wedding day.

WEDDING DAY MAKEUP
The wedding day makeup service itself is based on a fixed fee agreed at the end of the trial, which includes the bride, and as many other members of the wedding party requested. The DEX New York artistry team will arrive approximately 4 hours prior to the time the bride and the wedding party departs for the wedding ceremony. For planning purposes, DEX suggests to brides that they assume their makeup and hair will take about two hours on the day, and one hour each for other members of the bridal party (this scheduling is based on 5 people including the bride). For larger wedding parties, we will book the appropriate amount of artists to meet the brides scheduling needs.
